Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information Non-personal information is data in a form that does not permit direct association with any specific individual. Cookies and Do Not Track Requests

We use cookies and other persistent identifiers to enhance your experience and track information about visitors and visits to our site. License to User Data

You own all right, title and interest in and to any and all information, data or other content you provide to us or that we collect on your behalf, including through Third Party Services providers, to provide the Products or Services (the “User Data”). You grant us, our Affiliates, and our Third Party Services providers a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicenseable license to use and access User Data as necessary to provide the Products and Services to you, solely for your benefit and subject to the terms of this Agreement, including our confidentiality obligations, and to enforce our rights under this Agreement. “Affiliate” means any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the subject entity (with “control” meaning direct or indirect ownership or control of more than 50% of the voting interests of the subject entity). We shall have no right to sublicense or resell User Data, except, however, that you agree that we may collect, analyze and use De-Identified Data derived from User Data for, among other things, gathering metrics about our Products and Services and for internal research, development, marketing and analytic purposes. “De-Identified Data” means data in de-identified form, in which all personally identifiable information, including direct and indirect identifiers, has been permanently removed or obscured so the remaining information does not reasonably identify an individual and there is no reasonable basis to believe that the information can be used to identify an individual. You agree that we will have the right, both during and after the term of your Agreement, to use, store, transmit, distribute, modify, copy, display, sublicense and create derivative works of De-Identified Data derived from User Data. We will use commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to secure User Data from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, given the risks inherent with the internet, we are not responsible or liable for failure to store User Data or other materials you may transmit through the Services, except to the extent required by Applicable Law and as noted in our Privacy Policy.
