Refund Policy

PRODUCT REFUNDS

To receive a Product refund or exchange, you must notify us at support@drinkflowater.com within thirty (30) days of Product installation. We will arrange for the removal and shipping of the Product, at your expense. The Product must in the same condition you received it, with no damage and fully functional, and may require inspection before we can provide a refund or exchange. Any refund will be issued to you within thirty (30) business days of equipment removal.
